Occupy Aipac Morons

Had to happen sooner or later, didn't it? You just know that after all the antisemitic stuff coming out of the Occupy This and That movement that Aipac would be a target and with that would come the antisemitic tropes and lies.

" Right now AIPAC is trying to drag us into a disastrous conflict with Iran, just as they had pushed for the Iraq war."

Organized by CodePink and a bunch of the other usual suspects, this hateorama promises to be just another antisemitic outpouring from the left who now seems to believe that the "1%," can be just whoever they hate.

The Occupy movement received little if any criticism from most progressives so far. I wonder how they will react to this antisemitic hatefest?

  1. The airplants at Codepink have joined forces with International ANSWER in support of Iran.   They have scheduled a nationwide day ofprotest  against "sanctions'- they are opposed to non-violent ways of preventing genocide.

  2. They are indeed a bunch of looney toons.

"The Anti-Defamation League has accused ANSWER of supporting terrorist organizations, such as Hezbollah and Hamas.[16] According to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency
"Several anti-war protests in San Francisco organized by the ANSWER
Coalition (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism) featured imagery and
slogans some considered anti-Semitic, including the burning of the Israeli flag, chants of support for terrorist groups like Hezbollah and Nazi-like arm salutes."[17] Similarly, the Stephen Roth Institute has noted "Anti-Israel and antisemitic content has marked some ANSWER events."[18]"

  3. I'm not entirely certain what to make of this, really, and considered writing about it, myself.

There was anti-Semitism at the various Occupy things, but I am certain that it was very much in the minority among those protesters.

What pissed me off about it was not that there was anti-Semitism... because these days I always expect some anti-Semitism coming from the left... usually under the guise of anti-Zionism, but that they tried to palm it off as Republicans playing politics.

And now we have Occupy AIPAC?

I understand that the "Occupy" movement is anarchistic, and therefore no one can be held responsible for anything, but Jewish people who care about Israel cannot get with any political movement in which Jewish well-being is cut off at the ankles.

It's just not going to happen.

Oh, and btw, welcome Code Ultraviolet.  I have no idea what the name means, but I like it.

  4. The Nazi-ideology-legacy (and, involved with that, the ancient Christian-theology-ideology-legacy) accusations of a malevolent powerful "Jewish lobby": these accusations are untrue, perverse, evil, and genocidal.

What is, in fact, the case is accurately and clearly expressed in the following.

Johann von Leers and Walt/Mearsheimer, by German academic scholar Clemens Heni

Antisemitism in America – Yale Kills YIISA, by Clemens Heni

Mainstreaming Hate - How media companies are using the Internet to make anti-Semitism respectable, by American political analyst Lee Smith

  5. Thanks for the links, Dan.

You always point us toward good material.

  6. The following is a set of excellent comments - accurate, clear, kind, comments - posted, by a commenter named dave, on an article titled The Scourge of Jewish Self-Division, by David Solway - "The strangest and most self-destructive fact of Jewish life...." - (, which were comments that were posted in response to typical vicious flip racist anti-Jewish comments by a typical anti-Jewish racist.

"I think you need to try to empathize. I don't know what your heritage is but many Jews, Blacks and other ethnic minorities with a long history of being 'other' in the west or even Muslim countries, have within them a self loathing which comes from centuries of being put down by their 'host' countries. This culminates in an inability to fully embrace your ethnicity and therefore rejecting it, like many Jewish people do, simply wanting to fit in and not be defined by their Jewishness. But it also becomes very hard to fully embrace the 'host' culture which has historically persecuted you, which is why some Black people feel unable to integrate fully.

"Both Jews and Blacks are stuck, they have nowhere else to go. Israel is hated to a level that is unhinged, and also a dangerous place to move to, while going 'back to Africa' is not a realistic option for most westernized Blacks. Muslims have about 94 countries they could live in and fit in happily, they can afford to hate us and not integrate. To hate Jews for wanting to maintain their ethnicity is a unique hatred. We seem to encourage and celebrate every other cultures diversity except Jews, who we want desperately to denounce their heritage and assimilate. This is mainly from 2 thousand odd years of anti semitism from the Catholic church which persists to this day. Most people are unaware of it as it has been so ingrained onto our sub-concious minds that we need very little encouragement to bring it out. I can understand if people object to Jews or anyone not like them, but to also deny them a place to 'banish' them to, ie Israel is nothing other than genocidal hatred."

Also, the following is a good article:

The ‘Protocols’ — Alive and Well World Over, by Giulio Meotti; "The only book that has ever had the perverse distinction of being both globally influential and, at the same time, a forgery...."

It is important to note that these comments, and these articles, are posted on a "Conservative" web site, and that these are typical of the types of articles and comments that are posted on "Conservative" web sites, and that these types of articles and comments are posted only on "Conservative" web sites.

  7. I'm stressed and frustrated and angry and distressed, and I wrote my previous comment in frustration and anger and distress, and I think that I introduced, with angry harmful writing, the excellent comments - the accurate, clear, kind, comments - by the commenter dave. I apologize.
