I was probably there for all of them, but I definitely remember the goat boarding a TriMet bus. That happened on one of my regular bus lines, though I wasn't on that particular bus.
Those things (pygmy goats) are everywhere in Portland, and they're awesome!
The first time my mother (who has spent her entire life in North Jersey, excepting a few years in The Bronx and a year in Phoenix, AZ) came out to visit me there, we rented a car and were driving up along Mississippi Avenue when we encountered a gentleman taking his goat for a walk. After like a triple take, my mother started pointing and screaming "Goat! Goat! He's walking a goat!"
