Anti-Israel is the New Pro-Israel

  1. It's a shame, really. There's plenty of room for a strong, and actually pro-Israel organization of the mainstream US Left, along the lines of what this group could have been.

I was waiting for that bus so long I just got up and started walking my own way, though, myself.

I tried to unsubscribe from their emails three times, before I realized it was useless. Now I just like seeing what they're up to anymore.

"Jason, the unscrupulous powers who want to crush us can only be stopped by signing your name onto this petition, and oh yeah, giving us like $50 too, so we can continue to shame Israel!"

Yeah, no thanks, but I appreciate the chuckle, you tools...

    1. They've done an excellent job of alienating pretty much the entire pro-Israel community outside of the hard-left.

And, y'know what? I do not mind that Ben-Ami took money from Soros.

What I mind is that he lied about it.

    2. Well, at least they haven't publicly allied with the 'pro-Israel, pro-peace' site Mondoweiss yet, at least as far as I know... ;)

  2. When any advocacy group is 100% focused on not only one and only one side or one party and that advocacy is 100% negative then I think the facts speak for themselves.

    1. What I regret is that when they first showed up I did not initially recognize the group as... heinous.

  3. J-Street and groups like it seem deluded that simply having a violent dangerous contrarian point of view entitles them to demand we pay attention to them. The fact is, J-Street spends almost no time discussing what they believe and an awful lot of time discussing their irritation that we don't like them very much.
