4 More Dead

Michael L.

Y-Net reports:
axeFour people were killed Tuesday morning when two terrorists brutally attacked worshippers in a synagogue and yeshiva in the Har Nof neighborhood in Jerusalem. Seven people were wounded, including two police officers.

At around 7am, the terrorists - wielding massive knives and a gun - entered the Kehilat Yaakov synagogue on Harav Shimon Agasi Street, which includes both a synagogue and yeshiva (rabbinical seminary), and carried out attacks in more than one location.

The two were killed following a gunfight with security forces who arrived at the scene.
The Jews deserve whatever beating we get.

I know because they tell me so on Daily Kos and the Huffington Post and the Guardian.

I know because the Democratic Party thinks that anti-Semitic anti-Zionists deserve a place at their table.

I know because Barack Obama thinks that Jews building homes for themselves in Judea is a crime.

It is early in the morning and I actually have jury duty today, but I bet they are dancing in the streets of Ramallah.

Mahmoud Abbas needs to be imprisoned for incitement to genocide.

"The families of the two terrorists who killed four people in a brutal attack in a Jerusalem synagogue on Tuesday morning have hailed the two as heroes, as candies to celebrate the attack were handed out in the West Bank and Gaza.....We got the usual death notification and we shouted with joy, people here also handed out candies to guests who came to visit and were happy for the martyrs....Residents of Gaza Strip praised the brutal attack Tuesday. Fireworks were set off in celebration and from the mosques were heard chants of "Allahu Akbar" (God is most great) in honor of the attack. Islamic Jihad also issued a statement, calling the attack "a natural response to the crimes of the occupier.Hamas also praised the attack and called for further "acts of revenge".."

  2. I know there have been calls through official channels to have the press credentials of that bastard Ben Wedeman of CNN revoked and then throw him out of the country. CNN's apparently not sure if it was terrorism or not, calling it 'terrorism' in quotes. They also said the attack was in a mosque and elsewhere noted that only 2 palestinians had been shot by police with no other fatalities or injuries.

Also don't hold your breath waiting for the US State Dept to comment on the massacre of 3 US citizens. They were only Jews and that never warrants comment. BTW more Americans have been killed by 'palestinians' this year than by ISIS and Ebola combined.

  3. By the way, if murdering Jews is an act of religious faith that one should be proud of, why do those always mask their faces like Klansmen?

The bottom line is that Israel is going to have to get tough on these vicious scum, although I do not know if Netanyahu has the cajones to do what is necessary.

I think that he is a decent enough man, but given the way he caved to Obama on apologizing to Turkey and, worse, yet releasing the murderers of Jews from Israeli prisons, I do not believe he has the stomach to fight back.

If he did, he would have taken out Hamas entirely when he had the opportunity.

  4. I guess the question is what can he do other than the things he is doing. The world would go apeshit if he ever did try and destroy Hamas.....look at their ridiculous reactions every time Israel does go after them. Until the world at large, the US and all democratic countries, treat these terrorists as terrorists, like ISIS, there can be no real change. And that includes more than just Hamas. Abbas et al are just as guilty as are the majority of Palestinians and Arabs world wide if the reports and polls are true (and they are.....Palestinian peace activists are rare as dodo birds.)

So it's more than just Bibi who needs to call BS on alleged peace partners.

  5. dHonig posted a diary at dKos about the attacks. Here's the best comment from it:

"I was waiting to see how long it would take a diary like this to hit the rec list, and maybe if I wait a few years it will. Jews got butchered, and 200+ progressives here will collectively yawn, and maybe kick some rocks until the next Troubadour diary hits. Fucking repellent, but very obvious.

    1. What I do not understand is why Honig puts up with it?

Daily Kos is (or was) the most prominent pro Democratic Party blog in the universe when I was there.

I do not even remember when I joined, but my user ID # was in the 50,000 range.

But why support a political blog that could not care less about one of your key issues?

Why support a political blog that favors the claims of anti-Semitic anti-Zionists over that of Jews?

There is no question that dhonig stands the hell up for the Jewish State of Israel.

Why he continues to give the weight of his reputation to Daily Kos, however, is beyond me.

I've considered writing something like An Open Letter to David Honig, but I will probably pass.

We were friendly acquaintances at Maryscott O'Connor's now defunct My Left Wing.

But even if he read it he would not respond, so I see very little point.
