Israel Thrives unequivocally condemns the arson attack that resulted in the death of 18-month old Ali Dawabsha and concurs with editor David Horovitz of the Times of Israel that mere regret is not sufficient.
The government of Israel has a moral obligation to do whatever it can do to prevent this kind of activity. If this was, indeed, a "price tag" attack the individual, or individuals, who conducted the attack should spend the rest of their lives in prison.

The Arabs that last burned an Israeli family to death were called out by name by the US State Dept for the Israelis to free from prison.

DeleteIt's a moronic argument. In fact, you have a much better case arguing that Abbas is complicit for creating a culture of hatred within the Pal-Arab community and that the Jewish perpetrators - if they were, in fact, Jewish - responded to that culture of hatred as directed at them.
Yeah, Israel should deal with these terrorists appropriately, and it probably will, but it should not overreact.

Nor should Palestinians be entitled to respond with violent protests, especially when most instances of violence toward civilians are Palestinian to Jew, to large public acclaim or perverted silence.
Killing is never justified, except in defense of life or war. Most everyone knows this was wrong, a bad thing to do.
Yet some will use it for cynical purposes.

This is actually one of the rare instances where Netanyahu has paid a courtesy visit to the families of the victims of violence. In case anyone was wondering. In fact the young woman who died as a result of the stabbing attack at last weeks gay pride parade has yet to have her family visited.

I think the problem is the imperative to do more for Arabs or to be seen as doing more for Arabs. You never hear the authorities correcting obvious falsehoods on so called settlement construction either. For the same reason. It's a loser's game.
