Poster of Rasmea Odeh

Michael Lumish

This is an image that can serve as a poster for any future vigils/protests at Reem's bakery/cafe that Oldschool was kind enough to put together. I will pass this off to some of the others this week.

Many thanks, School.

Odeh

    1. I honestly have no idea where this thing is going in the future.

The numbers are so small, but the stakes seem so big... at least to my mind.

    2. It's simply a way to show the uninitiated who this person is, and that Palestinians love terrorists as heroes.

  2. Mike, one barbarian gets away with it then the next then the next. It is a huge deal. These monsters are seeking to normalize Jew killing. Even celebrate it via intersectionality; a huge concept among SJW's right now and so subliminally in the thoughts of the lesser fanatical. The chain must be broken.

    1. Reform "Rabbis" teach that "intersectionality is Jewish".

In other words, the intersectionality movement that wants to destroy Israel completely [which would result in another Holocaust and make hundreds of thousands of Jewish homeless refugees that no country would take in] and normalize Jew killing in Europe and North America IS JEWISH, according to Reform Rabbis! Will wonders never cease?

Reform Judaism has always opposed everything which is authentically Jewish, in addition to opposing simple basic logic and Common Sense.

In the 1800s, Reform Judaism did everything possible to imitate Christianity, including: playing church-like organs in synagogues, building cross-shaped synagogues that looked like churches from the outside, and Reform Rabbis wearing clothes that were traditionally associated with Christian clergy. Reform Judaism led the way for numerous Jews to convert to Christianity, including the children and grandchildren of Reform Judaism's founders, many of whom converted to Christianity.

I will not attempt to claim that Orthodox Jews are flawless, but at least Orthodox Rabbis DO NOT TEACH that "intersectionality is Jewish".

Last but not least, the Reform Jews strongly opposed efforts to save European Jews from the Holocaust during World War II. Those rescue efforts were led by Orthodox Jews, who the Reform Jews considered to be behind-the-times and obsolete and an embarrassment. The Reform Jews got what they wanted: the rescue efforts failed.

    3. Well, intersectionality is a concept that leads to authoritarianism because it dockets individuals upon the Hierarchy of Victimhood according to their ethnic and gendered identities.

Because Reform Judaism - which is the tradition that I grew up in - has essentially merged with the Democratic Party in the US it has become what we could call "Intersectional Judaism."

Intersectionalized, progressive-left racists and bigots see "whiteness" and Zionism and masculinity as something akin to evil, which is why they see us as something akin to evil.

Thus many politically-inclined Reform Jews find themselves on the horns of a dilemma.

They can either support their own people, the Jewish people, or they can support a political movement which has turned against them.

I will go with the former.

      Am Yisrael Chai.

      We are a free people.

    4. Intersectionality is a crock because it is based on a prior crock Critical Race Theory which relied on, like most Post modern crocks-narratives (aka story telling) The word theory is misleading because stuff based on paranoia is simply conspiracy theory. As such it all belongs in the gutter with the rest of the far left nonsense.

"Alan Dershowitz derided the theory of intersectionality as the "phoniest academic doctrine I have encountered in 53 years" in academia, during a lecture at Columbia University. Dershowitz sees the concept as an oversimplification of reality that makes LGBT activists stand in solidarity with advocates of Sharia, even though Islamic law denies the rights with the former. He feels that identity politics do not evaluate ideas or individuals on the basis of the quality of their character. Dershowitz argues that in academia, intersectionality is taught with a large influence of antisemitism. He states that Jews are actually more liberal and supportive of equal rights than many other religious sects."

Since antisemitism stems mostly from conspiracy theory it is easy to see where these narrative prone phonies let so much of it creep into their causes. Weak minds to some extent but purposeful propaganda as well.

    5. Yeah, intersectionality is pretty awful. They want to make it all nice and clean, all Us vs. Them, Good Guys versus Bad Guys. The Bad Guys are "white" people, "Zionists," and the wealthy. Needless to say, we tend to be viewed as all three.

The thing is, tho, it's obviously not so clear cut. I read where the other day there was a Gay march in Stockholm that took a turn - intentionally or not - into a Muslim neighborhood. Apparantly antifa was around and they got into a bit of a scuffle with the Gay marchers because they felt that the Gay parade, or whatever, was infringing on the peace and freedom of the Muslims.

Although, let me say, I have not bothered to look more deeply into this story.

It's just a little something that I ran across yesterday.

  3. Dylan Timm said this on 2017 December 8:

“I used to want to convert via Reform Judaism.

But after being near insulted by a Reform rabbi for accepting that the Exodus was a real event, I've never gone close to one since.

When I finally have the money to move near a synagogue, it'll sure as heck be a proper Orthodox one.”
