This was put together by Accuracy in Media and I would consider it propaganda.

It's very well done propaganda, though, and it's all true. The main thing that makes it fall into the propaganda zone is the usage of sinister music and the failure, of course, to fairly represent the other side of the argument.

Nonetheless, this is certainly worth a listen.
