It depicts the vision of St. Eustace (2nd century) who saw a cross between the antlers of a stag he was hunting and immediately converted from paganism to Christianity. Several centuries later, St. Hubertus apparently had the same vision. Shabbat shalom lecha.

The reindeer is some form of Christian thing. The hunter has fallen to his knees in supplication.
