Gender equality and women's studies building at the university of Raqqa. Sadly destroyed in a barbaric bombing raid by Russia. President Obama generously issued visas to faculty and students, so I believe most of them are safely here now.
I have to say I thought that someone else wrote it and Caroline Glick stuck her name on it. It seems reasonable but far outside her normal scope of topics.
Tom Perez won. Well better for the DNC not sure if it's better for non democrats or for the country. Either way, the #1 challenge is to rebuild the party from the ground up. At the same time he has to be the party's greatest fundraiser.
why would you be? An anti-Israel Muslim leading a major party would give a platform for such stuff! No major party in America should have such a thing as a leader.
Barely lost at that. Ellison still the vice-chair and a welcome member of the progressive, Democratic set, who pretend not to know about bigotry that would disqualify others. Saddest is all the Jews who have no problem pretending.
I am disappointed because if Ellison was elected DNC chairman then it would very much help to add clarity to where the Democratic Party stands in regards Israel and its Jewish and pro-Israel constituency.
While the Democratic Party is becoming increasingly hostile to the national homeland of the Jewish people, this is simply not obvious to many pro-Israel Jewish Dems.
Never underestimate the power of ideological blinkertude.
The Fish Building?
ReplyDeleteIt looks kind of like a fish, doesn't it? It's actually an example of modern Muslim architecture.
DeleteLet's see if Trudy can figure this one out!

DeleteOMG Muslim Ellison actually LOST the DNC race! There may be some hope yet (or merely an illusion of hope).
