I don't think so after Sarkozy's remarks. Then there is this from Israel Matzav
"Eddy, who was born in Israel to French immigrants, applied for a French passport intending to go study there. He completed the paperwork and was issued a temporary travel document. On his way home from the consulate in Jerusalem, he noticed something strange."It had all my details, my identification number, my address – Ma'ale Adumim – but the State of Israel was omitted," Eddy told Ynet."It's infuriating," he added. "I wanted to go back there and tell them I don't need their passport. I knew that the French were anti-Semitic, and I wouldn't have been surprised if they wrote 'Ma'ale Adumim, Palestine,' but they chose the harsh wording of 'Occupied Palestine.'"Ynet has learned that Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman intends to send the French government a harsh letter of protest, demanding it to remove the label."
No one should be surprised; even Israel's greatest buddy, the USA, whose DEMOCRATIC president, Obama, disses Bibi, won't issue passports for kids born in Jerusalem with the state being identified as Israel. It's like those bosom buds don't think Israel even exists. Or perhaps based on their recent faux pas they just WISH it didn't.
